Once upon a time, with the world outside in crisis, families in lock-down brewed themselves a warm cup, crowded around their radio and, through that scratchy static, tuned in to tune out... With our world again under siege, Scratch Theater takes you back to an age we thought was gone but not forgotten, the Golden Age of Radio.

Dare to return with us to the 1930s and 1940s as we all huddle around our speakers and adjust the dial until we find the frequency of Scratch Theater.

Cosy up on your couch and tune in as the company players proudly present the first in a series of compelling stories that weave together psychological drama, quirky characters, and endearing relationships. Our sofa-surrealism is all accompanied by live music (from the talented Andrés Atala-Quezada) and all improvised on the spot and broadcasted from six living rooms across Berlin!
